Right: so i'd tried campus #4 on 9/27, but wasn't healed. Set that down for 3 more days, and came back for the real thing on 9/30. That went much better. Got in a slushy, not-particularly-fun 50 min ride on 9/28. Next day--9/29-- Annie and Aeon and i got in a very decent climbing sesh at the gym.

Yesterday, 10/1/17, got in m' longest mt. bike ride to date. Tried to do the Kinsey bit of the road apple rally, and got in a bit over 22mi and took about 2hr 34min. Had to do a lot of route finding, so i could shave a bunch of time off in short order, and i didn't take food, so i was bonking around the 2hr mark. Very good that i got this in pre-race. I think that will go much better now. Prolly gunna take this week easy--try to get in a light ride mid-weekish. One Campus workout to go.
Oh, and i finally broke 200lb this morning: 199 and change. Something's working!
