So. Tonight i finished up ARCing. Basically. Monday i did 3 x 30mins; then Tues i did 3 x 25mins. Today (after a day off cuz my hands felt like ground meat) i did a 30min sesh. S'posed to be two, but i really felt like bouldering a bit and being home.
very encouraging. I weighed in a few ounces over two hundo this morning, so i'm too fat. But i climbed like a hoss tonight. With one day of rest, 30mins of climbing at a good clip went by really easily. So now i can start hangboarding.
Saturday is Climbing Wall Instructor cert. Looking really forward to that. And i'm looking forward to hangboarding. I'm really REALLY looking forward to starting a climbing team.
