There. Got a decent iron workout in. In fact, i'm having some trouble moving now. Weighed in at 204. That's unacceptable (although i feel pretty happy about snagging a v4 at over 200lbs). Haven't been over 200 in a long while. That's what happens when i start lifting. Hopefully some fat loss shall ensue.

So you're saying that three sessions in the iron gym in the past year is causing you to gain weight? Go smoke another one, bro!

i have to go with glenn there.. Thats like the old roomate that used to put a pint of sour cream into everything that went into her face... but be careful, that particular brand of birth control will make you gain weight. haha
I still love you though. Love handles and all!!

Lemme just say Ick. i ain't the one expanding from that sour cream. And i'm not saying i put on four pounds of muscle, ya idjit. Same chicken wings under the sumo suit. But i do put on water fast. Don't guess i've changed my diet at all, and i've been running to boot. i just start working muscles that haven't experienced neural stim in a coon's age, and they start storing glycogen. Love handles i do have, but they're the same size as before. Smartasses. i'm gunna go curl some ice cream and go for a beer run now.
