Deads

Did the deads day today, 3x5--310, 330, 350. Went really well. Haven't done regular deads in a long while, so i had to get used to the form. But with the Inzer on, they felt pretty easy. Did have to give some growl on the last couple o' reps. Kinda liked the workout, though. Very different feel. And i had a crapload more back left for bent bb rows than i do after straight leg deads. Did pullups next. Set of 20 with bw, then 3x10 with bw+25. Was a li'l ragged after that last set. Not so pretty, the form. Then bent o'er bb rows, 3 x 12 with 135. These went well. Then good-mornings. Started with a set of 10 with 135, and that was way too much weight. Think i dropped to 95 for the last three sets. Hanging leg raises i did a set of 30, then (to stick with the schedule) 3 x 12 with ankle weights on.

That's a good workout. Couldn't figure why my arms were so drained on pullups, but i realized i did curls on wed. i think i'm gunna like the program.

Very nice. Are you aware you have a rediculously strong upper back. That's a lot of pullups, that is. Maybe if I get lighter....hmmm. How'd the grip hold up on the deadlifts?

You know, i was a li'l surprised that the grip held pretty well. 'Cuz that's a lot more weight than i ever get to on the straight legs, and my grip is usually the weak link on those. Less weight and fewer reps. Kinda weird. And i sure wouldn't mind if my grip gets a little better from this here program.
