Did an "hour" run today. Same run i did a couple o' days ago. Only today it was long about 86deg 'stead of 70-something. HR was consistently about 10bpm higher through the whole run, and it took me 'bout 3 mins longer, so i was running slower at a much higher HR. Then towards the end, i started getting a li'l bit hypovolemic. Couldn't get my rate below 170, and i was barely jogging. Interesting how much difference 10deg makes. Made me appreciate why, exactly, you don't wanna run in that balmy Alabama weather you've got there. i ran out of sweat by the end. Definitely need to be in better shape before summer gets here for real.
