Are you doing any Dynamic Effort pullups? Got to thinking about it, and it seems that the speed pulls at around 50%-70% 1RM would have a lot of carry over value to climbing.

That's true. i was thinking about that this morning. Problem is 50% of my max is less than my chunky arse weighs sans chain belt. i'll come up with something mebbe.
